This Return Policy applies to paid enrollments in functional activity online session programs offered by Removalfloranew.
1. Cancellation before program start
If you cancel at least 14 days before the first scheduled session of your cohort, you are eligible for a full refund of program fees paid, minus any non-refundable processing charges disclosed at checkout.
2. Cancellation within 14 days of start
Cancellations received between 14 days and 48 hours before the first session may receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future cohort within six months, at our discretion based on administrative costs incurred.
3. After the program begins
Once the first live session has taken place, fees are non-refundable. If you experience technical barriers that prevent attendance, contact us within 48 hours so we can review access support or credit options.
4. Program changes by us
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available program at no additional cost.
5. How to request a refund
Email question@removalfloranew.world with your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. California and other state rights
California residents may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act or other applicable statutes.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may pause enrollment while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage you to email us first so we can resolve issues promptly.
